The process is designed around practical needs: families can evaluate candidates first, domestic helpers do not have to make their contact details public to everyone, and Nom Bé controls direct-hire access for each paid profile.

How the process works for families

For families, the first step is to start with the right need. You can search by service, such as general domestic help, part-time help, live-in help, baby care, newborn care, elderly care, in-home care for an ill family member, house cleaning, or family cooking.

You can then filter by city or area to narrow the results. At this stage, families can browse public profiles for free and review introductions, experience, work areas, expected salary, preferred work arrangements, and other important information before deciding.

The basic process for families is:

• Browse services or public profiles
• Filter candidates based on your actual needs
• Open a profile to review the details
• Select a specific domestic helper if the profile appears suitable
• Sign in with a family account before paying
• Pay 200,000 VND to view that profile's contact details
• Contact the domestic helper directly once the contact details appear

This means families do not pay simply to browse profiles. You only pay after identifying the person you genuinely want to contact.

Families browse profiles for free before starting direct-hire access

An important part of Nom Bé's model is that families can review profiles without paying for the initial search. This provides a better basis for selection and avoids forcing a decision too early.

Families pay to view contact details of a specific profile

After reviewing profiles and choosing a suitable domestic helper, a family can pay to view contact details attached to that profile. This is the paid step on Nom Bé.

The payment does not guarantee a successful hire. It provides access to the contact details of one specific profile during the access period. Once payment succeeds, the contact details appear immediately on the profile for the family that paid.

In short, a family pays for the contact details of the domestic helper it selected. It is not buying access to a list of contact details, and the payment does not guarantee that a hire will take place.

How direct-hire access works

After successful payment, Nom Bé creates or renews direct-hire access for that specific family and domestic helper. The access period begins with the most recent successful payment.

This approach means:

• Families only start direct-hire access after choosing the profile they want
• Domestic helpers do not have to display their contact details to everyone who views their profiles
• The contact details appear as soon as the transaction is successfully recorded
• The access period is clearly defined and is not a monthly subscription for the entire platform

When access expires, the earlier transaction remains in the payment history, but the contact details are hidden again. The family must pay again if it wants to continue viewing that profile's contact details.

When Nom Bé records a fee and when support may be available

Nom Bé records the fee once payment succeeds and the selected profile's contact details are displayed to the family. This is the service the platform provides: processing the payment and opening direct-hire access for a specific profile for a clearly stated period.

Support or refunds are only considered for issues within the scope of that service. Examples may include:

• Payment succeeds, but a system error prevents the contact details from appearing
• The profile contains a serious discrepancy in its core information
• A technical, payment, or operational error occurs on the platform

It is important to understand that Nom Bé does not issue a refund simply because the parties do not proceed with a hire after making contact. Payment covers access to the selected profile's contact details during the access period; it does not guarantee a successful hire.

What families should prepare before making contact

To make the first conversation more productive, families should clarify the main details before starting direct-hire access. Clear communication from the start saves time and reduces the chance of misunderstandings.

Families should decide:

Once a profile has been approved and published, families can browse it for free and consider whether the candidate is suitable. If a family wants to continue, it pays 200,000 VND to view that domestic helper's contact details during the access period.

This means domestic helpers do not have to make their contact details public from the beginning in order to receive job opportunities. Instead, families first view and assess the profile, then unlock the contact details if they want to make contact.

Once the contact details appear, the family and domestic helper communicate directly about the actual role.

Nom Bé's role in the process

Nom Bé is a platform for discovering profiles and accessing contact information on a profile-by-profile basis. Our role is to let families review profiles first, support searches by service or location, process payment, and display contact details while access remains valid.

Nom Bé does not guarantee a hiring outcome or replace the parties' own assessment, communication, and agreement after contact is made. Whether to continue, what salary to agree, how to arrange the schedule, and whether the domestic helper accepts the role are decisions for the two parties.
