Direct-hire access for one profile is valid for 6 months from the most recent successful payment.

When is payment recorded as successful?

Payment is recorded when the transaction succeeds and the selected profile's contact details are displayed to your family.

After 6 months, do I need to pay again?

Yes. When access expires, the profile's contact details are hidden again, and your family needs to pay again if you want direct access to the same profile.
